"First, let’s start with location. This property is in the heart of the beach community and just blocks from the water. Ideal location! Secondly, the owners were very nice and promptly responded to questions and requests. Finally, the space was nicely decorated and equipped. The only issue we had related to a dirty air conditioning unit. Its filter was dirty and there appeared to be some black spots in the vent. We thought it may have been the onset of mold. "If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!"

Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. "
