There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people. Im afraid the worst bit for us was the beds & pillows - they were extremely firm and did not give a good night sleep at all. I hate to say but towards the end of the holiday, I dreaded going to bed. Rooms could do with better soundproofing, ours was just above open reception area and quite noisy and we could hear water pumping around all the time."
