"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! "Super location and exceptional sea views. Would definitely stay again as the position of the hotel worked well for us. Contemporary feel on check in, welcome was ok and check in efficient. We would not book parking again as plenty of safe street parking available. The breakfast was ok … a selection of hot and cold items but the room was sterile with little atmosphere and tables not cleared efficiently. Biggest disappointment was the hotel restaurant .. zero atmosphere and food arrived far too...

"It is a a good budget hotel. The rooms are clean,tidy and a good size.There is limited parking on site but plenty nearby. No bar or restaurant and the wifi is limited to downstairs. The town offers very little and the only cafe serving food wàs a burger bar."

"Lovely hotel although the jacuzzi in the room was disappointing as the jets were very weak. Everything else was perfect. "

"El alojamiento está muy bien y el personal te da muchas facilidades. Es verdad que nosotros cogimos un apartamento de dos y lo ampliamos a 4 con el sofá cama, y no es lo más cómodo, pero para unos días puede servir. El único pero que le pongo es que el baño huele mal, pero por lo que nos han dicho (en el hotel y en el pueblo) es algo que pasa cuando llueve. Lo demás, ¡genial!"

"This was not my usual Santander hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. And, although the hotel does not boast a restaurant, there is a bar with a good menu as well as breakfast. The staff were nice and it was a good, overall experience. "
