"It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient. The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms. "This hotel is located on amazing grounds - it is very beautiful. You can walk into the down town area but it is very noisy and quite a lot of traffic. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfasts (no buffet when we were there) was pretty average. You were allowed to order one item off the menu and it wasn't amazing. Overall though , we'd definitely stay again."
