"A stunning character hotel very well maintained with a modern touch and great areas to sit and work or simply lounge about. Serving free 24x7 coffee, tea, water in a very nice lounge area. Complementary port is served in the bar area and in your room. Superb breakfast. Above all, Joaquim Rua and the team, in particular Generosa (hard to believe she is a trainee - not for long!) were absolutely amazing. We were so glad we chose this property after considering many others, and we can't wait to be back here."

"The staff at the Santa Justa Hotel were EXCELLENT!!! They were GREAT!!! The staff was Professional and extremely helpful. My wife got sick during the trip and one of the staff walked with me to show me where the nearest pharmacy was located so I could get some over-the-counter medication for my wife. "The hotel is beautiful, and the service was great. The buffet breakfasts were delicious, and the dining room was elegant. Most evenings from 7 to 8, the hotel had a pianist playing. It was lovely sitting in the lobby and listening to the music while enjoying a cocktail. The concierge was extremely helpful with sights to see, getting around the city, restaurant recommendations, and arranging the taxi to the airport. "
