"It was good but safe hard to work and figure out. Tv did not work only youtube. And a bit fat out from Sanur. But staff where very helpful and kind and friendly. We left tip on table for hsk and did not take till handed to them. Great vaule for money awazing and very private."

"Sprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not...

"I have been here twice now and enjoyed my stay both times. They have made some improvements since last time. The room is lovely with outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge. Love the pool, the large grassy area and the gardens. Staff are friendly. The area is much busier now with music coming from the nearby bars and restaurants at night. I think you’d hear this where ever you were staying in the area. It didn’t really bother us. There is a new restaurant and bar being built at the property. Not sure...

Easy walk to the beach and shops, lots of eating options nearby and if you don’t like walking in the Bali streets then taxis are easy to organise for dinner or the port transfer "

"Really nice, very spacious property with a large (30m) shared pool. It is some way out of Sanur but a taxi is less than £3 each way (use Grab app). Staff are incredibly helpful and will serve breakfast or any other meals for a very reasonable cost and do all washing up etc. Local beach is not for swimming in but makes for a nice walk into the port. "

"What a wonderful villa. The staff was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. The hired cooked catered to all our needs and dietary requirements (which we had a lot of!) can’t thank the staff enough for making our family have an enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful with a great size pool. The only complaint I would have is that the master bathroom was very slippery when wet and that the only way to get to the other three bedrooms was a steep bridge. "The villa I got was not the one in the pictures, but similar. Needs a master bath upgrade. AC in living room did not push out cold air and could not be adjusted. However, the staff were wonderful."
