"A rather staid Hotel right in the center of Sapporo, rolling distance via underground passage from the main station. We stayed twice, receiving the same room both times despite one being "standard" and the other "premium". Actually a rather dated but not uncomfortable snug room with a tiny but immaculate and well laid out bathroom. A big plus was the book-ahead price and the FABULOUS breakfast buffet, loaded with Hokkaido specialties."

"My family loved our stay here! The staff is excellent kind and helpful. We loved the extra amenities! They have a sauna and cold pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop, laundry all you can eat breakfast buffet and indoor outdoor Onsen. We came to see Sapporo but didn’t want to leave the hotel. The room is stocked with water refrigerator coffee robes slippers hairdryer shampoo body wash conditioner 4 blade razors hair ties toothbrush toothpaste and more. Definitely want to come back!"

"Asked for non-smoking rooms, which apparently just do not exist. They smelled so terrible. It smelled like somebody was smoking in the room the whole time. They wouldn't give us a new room, and just said to use the air freshener, which also smelled. It was also pretty darn dirty. The beds were super uncomfortable. But, the location was excellent."
