"Fantastic stay at The Orchard Club. Great communication from the hosts. Lots of parking available. Very close to the main market square so great situation. Beautiful property with lots of period furniture, pretty prints and William Morris wallpaper. Bedroom was huge with a king size bed. Thoughtful touches like snacks and wine in a fridge with an ‘honesty’ box. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time with several options like full English, smoked salmon and scrambled egg, eggs Benedict...

"Fantastic little find and will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this little gem of a place with such friendly staff. The wee lodges were epic. My only criticism was not knowing the wee pub across the road, the Stavely Arms isnrun by the same team, as we would have dinner there had we known. The breakfast was epic, and the bed was super comfy. Well worth the money we spent both on the accomodation and in the bar."

"What a beautiful location. When my wife and i woke up in the morning, we watched the sunrise over the Dales. The same for breakfast as the dining room has ceiling high windows overlooking the cows and sheep grazing in the fields. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, and the beds are comfy. We quickly became friends with some of the other guests. The bottom line is that we had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend Throstle Nest Farm. "

"It was very clean, spacious, and modern accommodation with crispy clean beddings and comfortable beds. There was a small but sufficient kitchen with a fridge, hobs, all utensils, cookware etc. There was free tea and coffee available, TV, board games. Safe, free parking was helpful. I travel a lot and I have never given 10 out of 10 to any accommodation before, but I am happy to do it now."
