"We love this hidden gem. Unfortunately, as I write this review I am sitting at Senna House and am so disappointed we came here for our last 2 nights. The DJ music is ridiculously loud. I’m in our room and the thumping is so loud it hurts my ears."

"The staff was really helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 1 night increments. I messed up my Expedia reservation and they were incredibly patient and helpful (Expedia customer service as well). Some of the finishes needed restoration, but they were natural wood and not laminate, so that is understandable. The design of the room was really charming and such a welcome change from the cookie cutter W-hotel look that is so prevalent. The private patio on the first floor was so lovely. Even when it was 100 degrees, the patio was shaded and cool enough to enjoy. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. Our breakfasts were abundant and enjoyable. The dinner at the restaurant was fun and the service was excellent. The only slightly negative comment was about the spa. I walked in and the host completely ignored me as she talked on the phone for 5-10 minutes while I waited. I walked out because the heat had me feeling grouchy about that."
