"Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff in a nice location, I do like the kings inn hotels but admittedly the bathroom wasn’t very clean nor modern and it did smell a little, but it was still good for the price we paid to stay there. The bed was comfortable and we had a sleep without any disturbances. Also breakfast was nice, and the bar maids were very nice and it was very calm and chilled to sit and have a drink in the evening. "

"The only issue I had was that on getting into the room there was no heating on even though it was only 3 degrees outside, on turning on the electric heater it took a couple of hours for it to get warm enough to sit in the room. We went next door to the pub at least it was warm, even though it was near impossible to get something to eat due to it being so busy, we got back into the room after 3 hours and it was quite comfortable but not HOT, when we spoke to the receptionist in the morning she...

"Really good customer service. I arrived late in the afternoon on Boxing Day, after a 4 hour drive, and one of the first things I was asked was had I eaten? Turns out it was a Boxing Day 3 course menu and the kitchen was just closing and the lady in reception wanted to ensure I could get something to eat rather than take a chance in the local area.
