"The stay was fine. The checkin was disappointing, but no fault to Best Western apparently. I booked through Hotel.com and requested a first floor room because my mom uses a walker. When I arrived the checkin person said there were no first floor rooms available. I was quite surprised. I had to try and get her to walk up the steps. There of course are no refunds as I would have never stayed here due to no first floor or elevators. There is some disconnect somewhere when the motel/third party...

"I never leave reviews but this property was so bad I left and went to another hotel. The room looked like it was under active renovation with exposed wiring and a hole in the wall. The blinds didn't close. There was no hot water. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. And to top it off there was no fire alarm; it had been completely removed."
