Sequoia Dawn

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"My partner convinced me to go "camping" for a night, since typically I would choose more of a glamping type experience. But this to me was glamping!! Had a cozy bed, we did hear some (harmless) wildlife in the middle of the night. But the next morning we had a wonderful hot shower after a tiring travel day straight to hiking the day before. We absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend (and that's coming from someone who doesn't prefer camping) Also recommend Sequoia Coffee Co and The...

Paradise Ranch Inn- Mindful Tent: Glamping tent in Sequoia National Forest

"My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay. Sadly the trails listed are almost unusable as the roads were...

Sequoia Resort

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (134)
"The steps outside could use some repairs but overall room was comfortable and just on a beautiful mountain. Be aware roads are very windy and narrow to get up there and stop for food before you do. Was great for late night star gazing. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. He lead a couple nights of star gazing and pointed out the Atlas Comet, several satellites and planets. He took a map out for us for Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon and pointed out all the most sees....

"I stayed at the cabin for a solo trip to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It was a convenient location to the parks and provided a cozy place to sleep the two nights I was there. It was clean and comfortable and everything I needed was provided. I didn't spend much time on the property during the day, but spent some time looking at stars in the clear night sky, listening to the quiet sounds of nature at the end of my day. The bathroom and shower buildings are locked, and you are in...
