"This was a perfect location to solo explore Florence. Tons of great options for food located on the same street but even more options if you walk around the neighborhood. Most attractions were within walking distance but there’s also a bus stop a few minutes around the block if you need. Nice spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Traditional Italian hotel breakfast options. Bathroom was a little slender but clean and well kept. Loved hotel silla"

"Location is not great however excellent friendly staff. Parking is a bit of challenge as the entrance to the hotel is very narrow. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"We highly recommend this hotel. It is close to just about everything. More importantly, this hotel makes you feel at home! The breakfast is wonderful.The evening social sets them above the rest..The wine,beer, water and small snacks pulled guests together to mingle..We met some wonderful people and exchanged info on places and tips for sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay and have been telling everyone about what a wonderful stay."

The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "

We travel monthly all over Europe, and a well-known fact of others that enjoy overseas travel, a 4 star or even 5 star property does not always translate to the quality or luxury we usually expect in the US. "I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
