"Stayed 3 nights as we were visiting the Rock n Roll and Football hall of fame. Communication was great, as were directions for parking garage and check in. Place wasn’t cleaned well by the cleaning service and we had to wash and fold the dirty towels that were left. We also had to sweep the place. After that things were okay. "You need to elaborate on the length and time it takes to get from parking lot to room in the description so visitors are prepared to bring luggage through the mall. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. We were staying here for heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the special event parking prices and availability of spots was not convenient for our long term stay"

"This place is in a sweet spot of Tremont that is absolutely perfect for two people or even just one. There is a lot of restaurants around this area that is easily walkable to get to and very close to downtown (about 10 minutes maximum). The only downfall is that parking is first come first serve, we would have to move our car later at night when everyone else had left to get a closer spot to the rental. Their is ample parking garages in the area with in short walk. The location is within walking distance to Progressive Feild and Huntington Bank Feild.
