"Loved this place. Super modern hotel, thoughtful decor. The staff were on point, no issues. Loved that the entire guest room could be controlled by an iPad or the CitizenM app. The breakfast was outstanding NO surprise charges on my bill! Making this my go to hotel in London in the future! "

"This was a really great surprise; extremely well set up for remote working needs. Plenty of seats and plugs in the common area, with 24 hour bar with food; helpful staff. Room small but modern and comfy, and I really appreciated the total black out shades that actually worked. Location has everything you need and easy transport access. "

"Overall a good stay. I love the comfy large bed and the great view. It’s a nice touch to be able to customise the lights and temperature from the ipad. only one of the lifts was working which was quite frustrating because this is a high rise hotel and it took ages to get up and down. there was a fault with our tv but was fixed promptly. would stay again "
