"Locate in the city center and walk to station in 5 min. The carpet in the hallway need to be cleaned or changed. It looks old and stained. The room is spacious. There is a small scratch in the sink. Some food esp. fruits will not be available if you arrive late that 9:30."

"Nice one night stay. The room was clean and our bed was comfortable. The hotel breakfast buffet was very good. Our main complaint was that not one English speaking TV channel (like CNN) was offered and there was no option to log onto Netflix or Prime Video with our credentials so we could watch a movie. "

"Love hotels definitely seem to be better value for money. Big rooms and beds with free amenities. However the bed was hard compared to the other we had during our trip. We had a non-smoking room but we could still smell smoke in the air. We had to hand the room key back each time we left and exchange it for a receipt. There were some questionable stains on the sofa so we didn't go near it, would be better to have it deep cleaned! It was a shame that they would not hold our baggage on the day we...

"R&B Hotel was clean and with good service. The room was small as expected of this type of hotel, but everyting was spotless and all facilities worked well. It was very quiet during my stay. The Hotel is very convenient for Shin Yokohama station, if you leave from Exit 10 you will be at the hotel in a couple of minutes. The Hotel is also very close to the Ramen Museum, which is worth a visit as the basement is full of working restaurants created in a 1950's style. It is like being on a film set....
