"Very good customer service"

"Check-in was very easy. The desk clerk was polite and offered us a booklet about local shops and tourist sites. The room was larger than we expected with two nicely padded recliner chairs and very clean. Housekeeping had left a note welcoming us. Their towels were very thick and soft. the breakfast buffet had the usual selections of hot and cold items. It was a nice large dining area with tablecloths and windows all around with a view of a small playground for kids that we thought was a nice thing for them to have as there were young families staying there and the kids were able to play while the parents could sit and easily keep an eye on them from inside. We did not use it, but the pool looked really inviting."

"Wonderful stay. Area is quiet. Facility was very clean and well appointed. Desk staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast selection and roomy dining area was better than most. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room had a microwave and small refrigerator. Huge updated bathroom was greatly appreciated.This hotel is at the edge of town so it would be a bit of a jaunt to area restaurants and shops if walking. There was ample parking and we actually preferred the location to others in the area. First stay in the area. Will definitely stay here again if returning."

"Stayed two nights to break up a long road trip and the place was very conveniently located with many other lodges & numerous restaurants and proximity to interstate 80. Managed by Wyndham and from my experience it appears they have a certain standard which instills conformity of quality services among there many locations and provide good value for their guests "

"As a first time customer I was impressed with the quality of the staff, cleanliness of the room, my son loved the pool, and I enjoyed the fitness center. I come in town every 3 months and as long as the experience remains at this caliber I will be making it our choice of place to stay. "
