"Imagine the pleasure of receiving a free upgrade, and then multiply it by ten! I’d been here before so I knew the gardens were exquisite, the hotel is quiet, being set back from the road, and the breakfast is superb. Last year, when I came, I had a double room, so knew what I was booking. So let me tell you about the upgrade! Not only was the room much larger, but it had a four poster bed, a massive bathroom with dual sinks and a window view out to the gardens! Perfect! Add to that there’s access to the spa, and I’d say it’s a total bargain. So much so, I had a little afternoon tea treat. This is now my go-to hotel for future stays around Stratford-Upon-Avon Town is about five minutes away by car, and car parking there is great and reasonably priced."
