"Excellent value for money. This is more like a 3* than a 1* hotel. The cost of the stay was less than half that of most hotels in Siena. Views across Siena from the rooms’ balconies/terraces are this hotel’s greatest asset. I had booked a classic double room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were not very spacious, but there was room to move around. The bathroom was very small, but the power shower was very welcome. Breakfast was satisfactory with cold meats, cheeses, pastries...

"This is a beautiful, but old building, with spacious rooms, a and high ceilings. But it is dark. Only one window that does not let in much light. So used our lights a lot. The property is in Trastevere, which is popular and busy, but our room was really quiet.
