"The Gentleman that checked us in on Aug.1 that evening was very polite, helpful. He recommended places for us to eat and see. We were taking our youngest 2 granddaughters to the Zoo for the first time and he was just so helpful with different suggestions. The next morning for breakfast was hectic but this gentleman was very professional, kind, and helpful. Everything was very nice and clean. Thank you for a very stressful stay. "

"Loved the arrangement of the room with the bed separated by a partial wall from a sitting area with a couch. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate having hot options such as French toast bacon and scrambled eggs as well as fruit, yogurt, and juices. Coffee was good. "

"I really enjoyed the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was great. Only thing I found uncomfortable, which was not the hotels fault, but the amount of panhandlers was crazy. I couldn't walk outside without someone asking for money or a cigarette. The breakfast was wonderful. I didn't catch the evening shift managers name but she was super nice. I went to get drinks and didn't realize I had to have a card, I took cash and she told me not to worry about it it was on the house. She didn't have to do that but it was greatly appreciated. I would stay there again."
