"We always stay in this hotel when we go to Edmonton, we love the room layouts, nice getting the closed off bedroom area so kiddo can sleep while parents still watch TV or hang out. My only complaint is that we were on the 4th floor and it was uncomfortably hot - the thermostat said 21 degrees but it was more like 23-24. Pool and amenities at this hotel are great. Will gladly come back! "

"Was our first time at this property. We come in excess of 10 times a year to the city from McMurray. The hotel was very clean, pool and hot tub both working and clean. Service and staff were super friendly, the breakfast also was good for being included. The location also was great for us as we hit up the complex across the road for the wave pool and indoor playground for our little girl. To be honest I have nothing to complain about, room was clean quiet and comfortable for our stay. "

"The property is located in a busy mall area. There is a Chinese restaurant attached. Other reviews mentioned homeless, I did see them at the Tim Hortons across the parking lot (Shell gas station & Tim Hortons are side by side). I had no interaction with them. Front desk locks doors at night for safety which is an added bonus. Overall good stay. Room was a little dirty when we got in (bathroom dirty, hair on bed) but the housekeeper cleaned it up right away when notified. Front desk super...

"Everything was nice except I would not recommend staying in room 106 ( beside the pool ) as the sound of kids screaming and something banging against the wall is really loud. They did warn me the lower floor has more "traffic" so I'm sure I could of asked to change rooms, but we weren't in it much. Just good to know if you will be."

Locked after going downbthe stairs

"The building is huge and recently updated. We went down the stairs to go swim and when we left the stairwell the door locked behind us, we tried to find out way out but all doors were locked. It very cold, -30 and i had my yougest daughters so when i saw someone walking accross the street i yelled HELP and they walked to the front and alerted them. A manager came from one of the locked doors and led us thru the kitchen. Otherwise the stay was good and the underground parking was so good in the extreme cold "
