"The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. It means you could not walk around without shoes on for fear of cutting your feet. The main bed squeaks awfully and when you move or sit down on it, the slightest movement is loud enough to wake...

"Do NOT Stay! No hot water. No toilet paper. Towels are nasty after a cold shower. No working Wi-Fi. AC is very weak. Bed is all springs. Impossible to sleep on. And watch out for bugs. This place should not be listed. As a host I almost never give a bad review but I can’t allow others to be stuck with this place and waste $100. "

"Place is old and has had some work done, but not very professional and needs much more. It's off the beaten path, close to airport, but planes were going well into the night. Best thing about the place: the dinner at the resturant/hotel across the street (which also seemed to be only place nearby)."

Super recommend!!

"We stayed in the double room with sea view and it was the best choice. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and had choices for my husband that is vegan. We arrived earlier for the check in and the hotel offered us breakfast while we waited for our room. The drinks at the lobby are amazing. "

Clean large room close to the water and sights

"My stay there was a short two night stay but loved its location and the spacious room. You are literally two minute walk away from Larnaca Fort and Church of Saint Lazarus. Also, lots of cafes and restaurants are nearby, though the street the property is on is fairly quiet. The room was so large with a coffee table and a two seater sofa.Not sure about other rooms, but the room I stayed in had lots of natural lights and windows on both sides (really nice breeze coming in). They also had a small laundry rack which I was able to use to dry my hand washed laundry. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and really pleasant. He gave me information about the island and it was very useful for me as I hadn’t done much research beforehand. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends! "

"If anyone will want to visit Larnaca this is the hotel I will recommend. the rooms are bid and comfortable with a balcony, mini fridge and a safe. The pool is great and the water are always cool and clean. The breakfast is rich and tasty But the most important thing is the staff they are extremely nice and helpful. I want to point out in particular Oleh he helped me and my friend secure a taxi to the ED SHEERAN concert, I don't know if we would have gotten there without his help HE WAS AMAZING! The hotel is located in a residential area and 10-15 minutes drive buy bus to the airport. The only downside is the location it's located a bit far from city center' but you can manage to get there very simply by bus or taxi- All the above advantages cover this one disadvantage Thank you If by ant chance I will come back this is my hotel! "
