"Booked a family room in last minutes. Was bit skeptical reading some review but to our surprise it was quite a good deal we would say honestly. Room was clean. Bathroom was decent. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. They don't have hot food but you can get burger king, subway, starbuck and WHSmith literally 2 min walk from the hotel. Petrol station is also literally next to the hotel. Also if you like shopping, designer outlet with restaurants are also 2min drive from the hotel. We found this stay very convient and good value for money. We won't mind staying for stop over again. "

"The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay."

"Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."

"Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect. "
