"The room felt like it was missing furniture. There was no table or ottoman by the chairs. Half of the lights in the room were not working. In the mornings there was no hot water, or even warm water for shower. Not having a breakfast is a choice, but it will influence my decision on where to stay next time. "

"Stayed 1 night. Convenient/walking distance to arena for concert. Used valet parking (was a little pricey) but was just 1 night. Hotel nice and welcoming. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Room clean, beds comfortable. Hotel restaurant had good food and drinks. Would stay there again. "
