"We enjoyed our visit here. From check in to check out everything was great. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. Especially on the cool and rainy days. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing! Very fresh, tasty and great presentation of our food. Would highly recommend Kimi Ora!"

"Nice room, shower in bathroom only any good if you are 4 foot tall"

"All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service. It’s close to most monuments around the Octagon where the centre of the city and some facilities. ex) a supermarket and so on. But if you drive, you must check whether a book a parking spot at the hotel can be available or not! "

"A comfortable place down Riccarton Road between Riccarton and Bush Inn malls. Some aspects were looking a little tired, e.g. basin in the bathroom, but overall great value and service"
