"We enjoyed our visit here. From check in to check out everything was great. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. Especially on the cool and rainy days. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing! Very fresh, tasty and great presentation of our food. Would highly recommend Kimi Ora!"

"Had a room on the bottom floor with a hot tub which also gave us easy access to the ferry into Queenstown and the same level as the breakfast buffet! "

"Horrible service and the room is dark and terrible and it needs updating and should not be put on market for customers! Hopeless! The room has outdated taps and it was very terrible. The staff was rude and they didn’t have basic amenities like TV in the room. "

"We stayed in The Loft apartment which was spacious and tidy. The one thing lacking was a aircon. Especially in the summer months it was stifling. We had opened all windows and closed blinds but still very warm."

"Nice hotel with great pools and hit pools. Rooms are tidy, but can be loud if you someone is in the upstairs unit. A car is needed because it is quite far from central Wanaka"
