"This was our second stay here and we would absolutely return again. It is a great house and we love the ability to go walking on the paths in the woods that are just down the street. "

"We stayed here for four days with four adults, and there was a room with a large, comfy bed, big screen, TVs, great couch, kitchen, barbecue and a hot tub right outside on the deck. It’s really everything you need along with perfect spot for the best area of skiing on the mountain in my opinion. For the area, the price is amazing and a great value. We would definitely stay here again as the house were fantastic very easy to communicate with."

"The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to Heavenly, Nevada, and downtown South Lake Tahoe. It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable....

"This spot was the perfect middle ground between Sierra at Tahoe for snowboarding and going to Stateline and South Lake at night. The home itself was very cozy and the gas fireplace kept us all warm throughout the day. Would stay again. "

"Talk about a STELLAR home. The photos don’t do it justice. From the beautiful chefs kitchen to the comfy common areas, it was perfect for my group and I. We had plans in town over the weekend and ended up being greeted by a snow storm upon arrival and we couldn’t have been happier to stay in and enjoy this beautiful space. Riley and Clyde were very helpful/quick with responses and were a joy to communicate with. I travel quite often and this has been my best stay yet. We can’t wait to return! "

"The house appears a bit small at first but it’s layout creates a very open space that doesn’t feel small. The side yard is great and there is trail access at the end of road (about a 5 minute walk). "
