"The hot tub was "out of order" which was not posted and was quite a disappointment when we learned of it. We actually booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Also, the pool was freezing. "

"The convenience of the location is unbeatable in many ways; the mall is just right across the street from the hotel; a shopping center with shops, Whole Foods Market, Barns & Nobles and restaurants are right next to it and walkable from the room. More shopping centers are less than a block away. Not to mention, high way is right next to the hotel. The room is very comfortable and quiet; we will go back when we are in Reno again."
