"The staff are very kind, professional and helpful. The breakfast selection includes both hot and cold items, along with a tea and coffee bar. There is an on-site restaurant with select set of local options- some of which are gluten free and celiac safe including chicken wings and french fries! The rooms are full of amenities, with choice levels of pillow firmness, comfortable beds, and views of the surroinding mountains. The shuttle service to the airport next door is easily obtained both to and from. I am choosing to stay here again for my next two trips."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. Hotel is nice enough. Restaurants are good. It’s not overpriced and a good value. Nice casino and good staff. Oceano restaurant and casino security helped me find a lost phone. I’m grateful. I e state in both nice rooms and the cheap ones. The North wing can be a walk depending on where your room is buts is all accessible. Steam bath room was awesome."
