We were unhappy about the property or Expedia advertising that property has hot tub and pool. We wanted to use the hot tub after skiing we were told that the hotel does not have a hot tub and the pool is seasonal and is not working.

The property itself was excellent , we got exactly what we paid for. The customer service on the other hand very disrespectful, our reservation said check out was at 12 we had them knocking on our door at 11, when we called to confirm our check out was 12 we were told “we are too busy right now” and got hung up .
