"The staff was attentive and personable. Isaac was very pleasant and efficient at the front desk. Any request was delivered promptly and positively. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There was a secure feel to my stay due to needing the room key to get onto the elevator in order to reach my floor. Cleanliness of the room upon arrival and a day later while I was out of the room was excellent. Only downside was the $60 valet parking price per day of my stay. "Great San Antonio Hotel in perfect location to Riverwalk and Alamo Plaza. Great Bar/Restaurant and Coffee shop onsite. Alamo is less than 5 minute walk and Riverwalk less than 10 minutes walk away with plenty of food and shopping options. Will go there again."

"Great place to stay. If there could be a noise policy for late hours that would be wonderful. Awakened by loud music, talking, and car revving. Other than that it was very good."
