"The staff went above and beyond. We visited just before Christmas. Upon checking in, my grands received gifts from the hotel. It was my daughter's birthday, and I had cupcakes delivered, but someone else took them. The staff sent my daughter a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. They consistently went above and beyond."

"Great San Antonio Hotel in perfect location to Riverwalk and Alamo Plaza. Great Bar/Restaurant and Coffee shop onsite. Alamo is less than 5 minute walk and Riverwalk less than 10 minutes walk away with plenty of food and shopping options. Will go there again."

"My family was in town for state finals and chose to stay here, it was a nice, clean hotel near the riverwalk. The bar downstairs was great, the bartender was friendly and made amazing drinks. We would definitely return."
