This hotel has a beautiful location . The room was lovely and very clean. Staff were fabulous in particular the receptionist. The only down fall was the waiting time for food in the restaurant, the food itself was lovely . Would also be nice if there was a separate dining area for families , as felt a little under pressure when dining with kids

Hotel seemed tired and in need of complete facelift The staff were great but under a lot of pressure as there were too few of them. Good food served in restaurant though service pretty slow Location states hotel near lyndhurst thou it was several miles away and closer to carnal. Outside area was not given much attention as glasses and debris remained not cleared away.
