"Great location, very nice hotel. The room was a bit awkward though. No light switches or outlets in the bathroom. Large plane of glass separating the room from the bathtub, requiring one to close a large blind for privacy. Why would you want to look at the entire bathroom from the living space? Not deal breakers, just odd."

"Excellent location near to main restaurants and bars around Clarke Key and the Metro so very easy to get around. We stayed in Superior King, room was spacious with excellent facilities and was very clean. choice of food at breakfast was fantastic, catered for all types of cuisine. Pool area was lovely to relax in. A lovely hotel. "

"Having never been to Bangkok before, the value received for what we spent to stay here was truely awesome. We were able to walk to all of the areas that were on our list to see. "We had a supreme garden villa with a plunge pool. We arrived early at the resort before lunchtime. Our room wasnt ready so we had early lunch at the restaurant. There was no welcome drink considering reception were not busy so no excuse. After lunch we had to wait over 2 hours for our room. We were exhausted from travelling from LHR and were told we would get our villa before 3pm. It was 2.30 by the time we had it. The villa itself was spacious but outdated.
