"We enjoyed the location downtown and the newness of the property. The bed was quite comfortable and our kiddo found the hide-a-bed “more comfortable than most”. There wasn’t bedding for the hide-a-bed and the bedroom door didn’t latch because the latch plate was put on upside down. Fortunately, we helped ourselves to bedding - the linen room was open - and kept the bedroom door shut with the broom provided and a shoe! "This was a short weekend away in a very comfortable, easily accessible condo . It was cold enough that we spent most of our time in the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed the lounge area and the very well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent support from the host for any concerns. "

"The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "
