"This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

"The hotel feels dated but it's nautically themed so it's forgiveable. Found myself having to isolate a buzzing switchboard however at night to sleep. Great staff, nice comfortable room and a decent shower. Bit of a walk from the bus station but would be a short taxi ride and plenty of on street parking available. Close to the beach. "

"Stayed at the URH. Palacido de Oriol Hotel on 3 separate occasions, and have been very happy with our stay. The only problem I can see is if someone is a light sleeper, then they must ask for a room facing away from the railway line the has trains going past from 5 am until late in the evening, and they are quite noisy. "Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"
