However, there were several long, black hairs on the bed and bedside table and the bath tub had a film of dust indicating it had neither been used or wiped down for an extended period. Finally, there was no soap apart from a very small tube of body wash. One small bar soap would have been sufficient."

"Quite a find! There aren't many hotels in Melbourne with character, most feel like you are on a business trip. Attentive service, great breakfast, and really lovely room. We were in 315, king premiumroom which looked out into the tree canopy, you would hardly know you were in the city. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and pillows. Would definitely stay again"

"I booked this hotel for its closeness to the Formula 1 track at Albert Park and it was great. The easy access to the tram either to the city or for entrance options for the track was excellent. The staff however need to be informed of what is happening with special events and more about Melbourne to support their customers. I was given incorrect information twice.
