"This property is located very close to Sequoia National Park entrance, which was very convenient given that my partner and I only had one day to explore the park. Staff were easy to reach (via text) and we were immediately helped with any concerns. "

We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...

"Place was clean and with main essentials. Location is good with close proximity to Sequoia NP. Communication could improve, host only contacted me through private e-mail and text (not the VRBO portal) which I was not even asked before hand. There is also a second party background check required which I am ok with just would of liked this to be shown in rental description and before booking."
