The only suggestion for improvement is that they should probably include information on the availability of coin operated laundry service at the 6th floor. "You can smell somone smoking in the room. This place is a non smoking hotel however there's a huge chance guests are ignoring the rule. "Second stay with my family here. While location is fantastic, there are still a few areas that can be improved. Frosted with transparent bathroom wall makes showering extremely challenging for non-couple roommates. My sister had to use towels and tapes to block the transparent area so she can shower in peace while my dad remains in the room.
