St. Ann's Bay Holidays

I personally enjoyed the stay. Everyone it's friendly and work hard to make the stay pleasant along with the facilities are clean and feels peaceful. The only downside it's how confusing a the amenities are. I got charged an extra $104 for upgrade to be in the adult side. Just so at the end I got sent to a family suite and the "perk" was that I had "privilege" access to some amenities which didn't make sense because the hotel it's already all inclusive. I definitely found it unfair considering I was a solo guest. Why would they assigned me a family room?!

All large beach resorts should live up to the standard of Princess Grand. It was simply amazing and the food at the buffet and restaurants were so delicious and endless FRESH options

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and plan to return.

It's a decent resort overall and my party and I did enjoy ourself but it's not a place I would come back to. We had privilege access cause of our room but honestly I would say it's not worth it. We had terrible experience in the privilege lounge on our first night. The staff had an attitude and we got serviced the wrong food and got a worse attitude after that. Its also took them over an hours to bring out the wrong food, everyone else came in and out before we got anything. It took them over 30 minutes to bring out bread. The bread was cold when they gave it to us. For having privilege you're supposed to have access to more things but its not anything special definitely for the price, the "top shelf " alcohol I wouldn't say is really top shelf. They also say you have 24 hour room service but that is terrible not only does it take FOREVER to come over, the choices are limted and gross. The burger is like a gas station burger from the states and the quesadila were soo gross I have never had something so gross. Everyone agreed it was uneatable. They only treat you good until you do there travel agency things ( time share scam) they lie to you about what it is and try to say it's something fancy, we was told it was a nice fancy breakfast but we never got breakfast and wasted our morning. After you do that, you don't get treated as good so I would say milk the staff as much as you can until then cause after that the main staff will ignore you as much as possible.

All of the staff are amazing. Best experience ever! Hoping to return.
