"This hotel is a nature lovers paradise. Nestled in the valley with perfect views of the bay, cats and chickens roaming the property, and the sounds at night from the wildlife is fantastic. It is an older property so not perfect on tidiness, but the rooms were clean and spacious. Brooks bar is a 5 minute up the street has the best authentic Caribbean food at a bargain. You can walk to the beach but is a long .7 miles (big hill) so a short taxi might be best if not in shape. My family loved this...

"We were very happy with our two night stay in Raleigh's condo. We loved the proximity to Sapphire Beach and the use of snorkeling equipment. Many iguanas were spotted on the path to the beach! We didn't rent a car, so we really appreciated that there was Sudi's restaurant just steps from the room. Both dinner and breakfast there were wonderful. "The property is a true oasis. Clean and accommodating on a 4 star level honestly. There is a restaurant adjacent to the property (The Shack) good food and tvs for watching sports. There is another beach bar steps away with award winning wings but just a beach bar hut nothing fancy. The beach is good for sunbathing there are quite a few rocks once you walk in the water so I’d recommend water shoes to get past that point. Not overly crowded so super relaxing. "Lyndsey and Chase were fabulous hosts. They welcomed me and my family and provided detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. They also helped arrange for taxi service as it can be difficult to get a taxi once on the island. The boutique hotel has great amenities, they have thought of everything including Nespresso machines in the rooms! I will recommend Mary Anne as a great place to stay while visiting St. Thomas! Would definitely stay here again upon returning. "

"The Mafolie Hotel has been around for years. Its beautiful setting is worth the taxi ride up the mountain! On the plus side, the open air restaurant and DELICIOUS food would be a destination in itself. Our room had a lovely balcony looking over the property and out to the harbor, and the room was large and clean.
