The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "Stayed here for a couple of nights over a long weekend and was very impressed. The rooms are very nice, clean and well decorated, accessed via a small flight of stairs around the back, away from any noise of the pub main building.
