"House was lovely and decorated very sweetly, with lots of big comfy furniture and linens that made you feel right at home. The stairs down to the basement were really steep and my heart sank briefly that we should have thought to pack a baby gate (because we have a 10-month-old who is crawling and loves to move), but then I noticed there was a semi-permanent one installed there by the owner. Tons of small, personal touches - they thought of everything."

I did go to the desk a few times and they did change the bedding and spray for roaches, but its like the roaches got mad...They were on the walls, ceiling, dresser, they got in my CPAP machine. I asked about refund and there isn't any, so...
