"The staff went above and beyond. The food variety and taste were great! The condition of the rooms and furniture need some improvement. All suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no elevators, which makes it difficult for guests with disabilities and special needs. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. "

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels. "The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy."
