"A luxurious and beautiful home, with ample space for four people, but, no dishwasher! Washing up by hand took the edge of our stay a little. The area, especially Framlingham, is pretty and interesting."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

"Lovely house. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location. Central to Everything. Spotlessly clean. Everything that we needed. Bed comfortable. Lovely to wake up and see the sea from bed. Great shower with good towels. Great communication from owners."

"The property was clean and sizeable, which was as great for 5x adults looking to have individual rooms. The property was central - 10 minute walk to pubs and 20 minutes to the main bury st Edmund’s streets. Would recommend"

"A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

"Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). We were also greeted with an overflowing bin of rubbish in the courtyard from previous guests which...

"We had a lovely mini break stay at The Pond House. Perfect for 3 mums and kids to hang out together and enjoy the local area, nearby beaches and towns - Southwold & Aldeburgh. Thank you."

Group of ladies, so the privacy was perfect, although closest shop was a 10 min drive, we had everything we needed. "
