"The only thing I have problem with that they don’t have door to close when you take shower , they should have curtain or fully slide Glassdoor so the water won’t come out of the shower place. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good and have variety of options of chose from. Would recommend it to my family and friends.!"

"We absolutely loved the hotel, the housekeeping was amazing. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect until we checked out and the bell boy “older man” came to get the luggage. He had a dirty eye and was scratching his private parts as I was riding down the elevator, I was reluctant to ride alone with him but then thought it is Prophet’s mosque, men should be behaving. And then when giving money as tip, he purposely touched my hand...

"Saif (bell man) was very good and helfpul. He provided us with good service from check in and took care of our bags when we had to check out. The hotel is close to the haram and the facilities (breakfast,room) were great. They upgraded us to a haram view room free of charge which was a nice touch, we will really consider staying here again and recommending to others."
