Villa in Suvereto with Pool and Scenic Views

This cozy 3-bedroom villa with private swimming and a bubble bath. It is perfect to spend a refreshing and relaxing holiday. You can stay here in comfort with a family or a group of 10 people.

The medieval village of Suvereto is very scenic. As you walk through the old streets, you can enjoy the views from cozy terraces. At 4 km, you have grocery stores, shops, and restaurants for daily needs. The town center at 5 km is great for an evening stroll. For a pleasant day out, only 18 km away lies the Etruscan coast with its fragrant pine trees, beautiful beaches, and cobalt blue sea.

The villa offers a lot of peace and privacy. In the large garden, you have various terraces for relaxing and a playground for the children. You are welcome to the vegetable garden to help yourself to whatever you need. For the lovers of alfresco dining, outdoors have a wood oven, a bar, and a barbecue with dining furniture. There is table tennis for enjoyment. A carport is available.

This is a very nice house and we had a great time with the family. Nadia is fantastic and very helpful. Her vegetables and tomatoes were the best. We hope we can book the house again.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto.

Het boeken bij Belvilla ging wel vreemd want we moeten uiteindelijk 100 euro meer betalen dan op de website stond. Via de chat bevestigt gekregen dat dit nog verrekend zou worden maar na het boeken helaas niet. Het huis is echt super en een grote tuin met prachtig zwembad. Heel fijn dat er op elke kamer een waaier was om het ook s nachts verkoeling te hebben, anders was het wel erg warm. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je voor het hout moet betalen, de bbq werk perfect! Het nabijgelegen dorpje Suvereto is een bezoek zeker waard net als het restaurant op loopafstand om de hoek. Wij waren met 2 gezinnen; 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen onder de 10 jaar. Er was ruimte genoeg en ook de stranden zijn een bezoek waard! Wij hebben een super mooie vakantie gehad!

Nadia and Massimo are great hosts. The Villa was ready at arrival. Everything was very clean (incl. Pool and Jacuzzi). Nadia handed over personally fresh linen and towels and explained us everything about the house. The kitchen is very good equipped. Wifi is working and Netflix or Amazon Video can be used on the TV (better you have your own account). There are 2 bathrooms at the first floor and one single toilet at the ground floor. Enough to avoid conflicts :). The pool and Jacuzzi were even better than expected just from the pictures. From Prata, there are several options for trips: Firstly the beach: within 30 minutes you are able to reach the beach, e.g. in Fallonica. Grocery: only 10 minutes away, there is a well equipped Conad in Suvereto to buy anything necessery. Trips: Plenty of possibilities. Firenze, Elba, Pisa, even Roma. Everything reachable by car or train within 2 hours. All in all we can recommend this location to anyone who looks for privacy combined with the possibility of discovering tuscany.

Echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Door lang wachten bij autohuur konden we pas laat inchecken (2000 uur op zondag), dus geen winkel meer open. Geen probleem voor Nadia (eigenaresse), die maakte nog wel even een verse pasta voor ons, heerlijk! Accommodatie was goed. Buiten echt alle ruimte, prachtig zwembad met lekkere ligbedden. Veel speelgoed voor de kinderen. Binnen in orde, matrassen van aantal bedden mag wat mij betreft wel vervangen worden. Verder alles aanwezig, zeker in de keuken. Huis ligt in Prata, dorpje op 6 min van Suvereto. Mooie omgeving waar je lekker wandelen, ook met kinderen. Met 20 min ben je bij mooie stranden van Baratti en Follonica. Met de boot van Piombino naar Elba is ook zeker een aanrader.

De woning is gelegen boven op de berg, je moet veel bochten overwinnen om er te geraken. De woning zelf is relatief in orde. De tv en salontafel staan echter wel gevaarlijk op bakstenen ( wij hebben deze verwijderd voor de kinderen.) De jacuzzi was redelijk vuil wanneer we de filter er uit haalden zat deze boordevol vuiligheid. De eigenaar heeft ook honden welke los lopen en geregeld komen storen, zelfs na aangeven dat onze kinderen er bang van waren werd er niets aan gedaan. De omgeving is mooi om te wandelen maar voor de prijs die we moesten betalen kan je beter een ander huis zoeken.

Selten haben wir uns in einem Ferienobjekt so wohlgefühlt! Hier hat einfach Alles gestimmt. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich, die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein außergewöhnlich erholsamer Urlaub für uns und unseren Hund.
