"Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!"

"Loved staying at the karaksa hotel grande. The onsen was a bonus and it was great to be able to use the washing facilities. The bed was huge and comfy - we had amazing night sleeps. "Walking distance from Dotonbori, there is a seven eleven right beside, and a 10 minute walk from public transportation. Which if you have big luggage can be a challenge. The street in the morning looks like the next day of a hangover but it's because of the location. We found lots of places to eat around the are and the hotel room is small but comfortable. The cleaning is a 9 of 10 we found some places a little dusty in our room most of the corners. Bit it was minimal."

"Clean and spacious room. Although there is a subway exit particularly for this hotel, you need to walk about 20 stairs. So it’s inconvenient with luggages. I can’t sit in front of the mirror because there’s a 2-drawer cabinet placed under the desk. The room is a little bit too dark. The elevator is too crowded most of the time. The dinner buffet is very disappointing. It provided no more than 10 variety of main dishes, fruit were pineapple, grapefruit and orange only. No sushi, crab, grapes....
