I cannot thank or praise the Hotel and staff enough. We have just returned home after another stay at the hotel for our childrens birthday weekend. This is the 5th year in a row Troy now 12 and Mila now 7 have chosen a stay at the hotel over a birthday party. Our room was amazing and dressed for the birthday celebration. We were totally blown away with the cake, presents,cards and room decoration! Total vip treatment. Bruno ( front desk reception) and Lynne ( cast iron restaraunt) Could not have done more to make us more welcome and feel like super stars! The location is perfect for a family with access to the marina, beautiful promenade,winter wonderland and the bustling town centre. The Delta Marriott in Swansea will make you feel like you are visiting a family home! Amazing weekend and could not have picked a more perfect venue to celebrate Troy and Milas birthday. 5 years on they are still chosing to stay at this hotel.... I hope they pick it next year! Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay.

Pretty decent.
Pleasantly surprised.. the photos of the modern tower are an mis-sell, but overall the room was comfortable and bathroom clean. Water filling station was a nice touch and the parking was value and convenient for Swansea. Double beds could be a lot bigger….

This is my second stay at this hotel and I find the staff really friendly and helpful. This was a flying visit so I didn’t use any facilities but the rooms are comfortable and the air con is great, although a little noisy, it’s not a problem. Great location as well.

Super old hotel, not very clean
We got a room on the ground floor right next to reception and the main entrance so we could hear every car coming in and people non stop. Room wasn’t clean- i had to clean the shower to be able to shower. Hotel is super old really needs an upgrade.

Over the years I've stayed in many many hotels in the UK and abroad, mostly for business, so my slightly jaded views come from that experience. The Delta was well located for the area I was working in, plenty of safe parking spaces available and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the check-in team and the breakfast team, excellent. The property is looking a little worn at the edges and would benefit from a light refresh, but when all you need is a clean safe bed for the night with decent, if limited food choices and staff who made your stay effortless then it ticks all the boxes. The free cooled water fountain in reception, including sparkling option, was a nice touch and one I've not seen in many places. Would happily stay again if back in the area, only this time would add some extra time walk the magnificent beach adjacent to the hotel, beautiful.

Couple night away
Stayed for the night as we were going to the Arena for a Concert. Great at check in Room lovely and clean and well laid out Bed could have been better. Better beds in Premier Inn believe it or not Great staff very friendly Breakfast was a hit with plenty of choice Paid £5 to park overnight which was great as Arena is in walking distance. All in all a great visit and will definitely be going back.
