Charme Hotel Henry's House

4.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (278)
"The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing sites to see and places to eat. Since there’s limited driving in the area they try as much as possible to arrange parking and transportation. The room and hotel is very unique with art and architecture. They provided a great bottle of red wine for being a VIP on Expedia. They also provided free cocktails for us once during our stay and free drinks from the room refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious. The only con was that the shower was small...

Charme Hotel Villa Principe di Fitalia

4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (164)
"Nice location about 15-20 min drive from Syracuse town. Had some issue with a waiter serving the wrong items, but the hotel was kind enough to give us that for free, plus a nice bottle of wine that we had selected. Big pool area for both our hotel (the 4 star one, that Hotels.com have not updated yet) and the 5 star one. Great breakfast as well. Just miss the porridge which is more non existent all over Italy. Hotel Gutkowski

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (118)
"This hotel is somewhat under construction so the living room is not set up well but the staff is excellent, the breakfast options were good (with real cappuchino - not from a machine!) and there is an elevator so we didn't have to lug suitcases up a stairway. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping came in every day. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, markets and a barbershop!"
