"This is a chic, well-appointed hotel with charming rooms in a central location in Syracuse -- situated between the enormous Greek ruins and the charming old Roman section of Ortigia. The rooms are clean and elegant, with creative decor, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms. The lobby is bright and cheerful. The attached dining area is large and airy, offering a large, many-option and reasonably-priced buffet breakfast. The staff are kind and helpful. My only suggestion to the hotel is to offer in-room fresh water in pitchers or reusable glass bottles instead of in single-use plastic bottles. "

"Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Great staff. WiFi is not good. I selected this hotel because it advertised high-speed internet which I needed for a business meeting. It was terrible- I could not open some necessary pages. I had Zoom with no camera to reduce bandwidth and the transmission was still “garbled” both ways. "

"The best part of this hotel is the property. The private beach, the pool and views. The breakfast that is included is excellent and the restaurant is refined. The hotel and furnishings are a bit dated but the hotel is clean and well maintained. Only thing that’s a negative is that you really can’t walk to anything. You need to drive or take a shuttle to go anywhere."
